250 g pumpkin
2 large potatoes, floury
1 tbsp of LieblingsKren
3 tbsps of milk
1 pinch of curcuma
Salt and pepper
Chicken broth if you want
Dice pumpkin and potatoes, the potatoes a little smaller than the pumpkin. Put in water or chicken broth, salt and boil until soft. Pour off the liquid, add milk to the vegetables, mash while still hot (or puree). Season with curcuma, salt, pepper and LieblingsKren.
The puree goes really well with meat, especially pork and poultry or also rissoles!.
