2 pork cutlets
2 garlic cloves
1 egg
65 ml of milk
60 g of flour
6 tbsps of LieblingsKren
Oil
Salt and pepper
Pound the pork cutlets, season with the crushed garlic cloves, salt and pepper and cut into strips about 3 cm wide. Separate the egg. Whisk the egg yolk with the milk, salt, pepper and stir with the flour until smooth. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in. Mix in the SteirerKren. Dip the strips of meat in the batter, put them in hot oil and deep fry at medium heat for around 3 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle with fresh LieblingsKren.
It tastes best when served with green salad.
