Horseradish hummus

Ingredients: 

3 cloves of garlic
500 g cooked white beans
1 EL Tahin (= light sesame paste)
juice from one lemon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. LieblingsKren
3 tbsp. water

Preparation: 

Heat the oven to 160 °C. Roast the garlic cloves with skin for about 20 minutes. Then squeeze the gloves out of the skin. Put all ingredients into a blender and puree finely. Serve with fresh vegetable sticks or grilled stuff. A recipe from eat this!
