Fresh greens in a glass

Ingredients: 

2 handfuls carrot tops 
2 handfuls lamb's lettuce
1 medium-sized cucumber, not peeled 
1 stick celery
1 ripe pear
1 small, tart apple
A pinch of black pepper
250 - 500 ml water
1 tablespoon of LieblingsKren

Preparation: 

Put all ingredients except for the LieblingsKren into the mixer and purée thoroughly. Shortly before serving, mix in 1 dessert spoonful of LieblingsKren and enjoy immediately!
